Celebrating African Heritage & Culture in the City of Sheffield & Beyond

This drop-in community event is a chance to meet and connect and (along with a cookery demonstration and tour of the Centre) will also feature short talks from several expert speakers on key topics inc early years education; self-care and holistic well-being.

Hear from a range of speakers (inc Dr Georgette Oni - renowned reconstructive surgeon) from different backgrounds all passionate about breast cancer care for Black women. This will be an opportunity to hear their stories, some of their personal experience and ask questions in what will be a truly interactive speaker session.  This is the first Sheffield watch event - streamed directly from the live event taking place at no. 1 Wimpole Street, the world-famous Royal Society of Medicine.
